The average appointment takes about 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the home.
Photo & Tours are usually ready by the next day.
Tours are hosted for 90 days, at which time you can pay an annual fee to keep it active.
Each tour comes with a direct (full screen) link, and the embed code for use on other websites.

What does HDR mean?
High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography is the practice of digitally blending several bracketed exposures and merging them into one photo. Our specialty is making your photos look natural (real life).
How are photos delivered?
Photos are delivered in both high and low resolution formats; perfect for ink/laser printer and web use.
When are photos delivered?
Photos are available the next business day.
How long does the virtual tour last?
Tours remain hosted for one year. For $100/year, tours can be hosted indefinitely. This does not apply to 3D Tours (hosted separately).
How do I schedule a photoshoot or 3D-Tour?
Click the “Order Now” button. Tell us a little about the home, select your preferred date and time, provide any special instructions, and you’re done. We’ll follow up with a receipt and a “how to prepare your home” guide. You can expect the photographer to be there on-time.
